Take a right a left climb up some stairs and go through the door.
The door is locked so head up the eastern ledge above you watch for the steam from the pipes.

More steam pipes are present in the upper section so time it correctly to get through.
In the next room you will see some of those boiler deck fights you heard so much about but you can t get there quite yet so turn right wait for the steam pipes to stop blowing.
Unless wbgames issues patches to fix this and the other thousand bugs they didn t fix before releasing the game it appears that my only solution is deleting my save game and starting from scratch but i m afraid to do that after spending 5 hours playing it if it s.
